Georgetown 2028 identified the 1300 and 1400 blocks of Wisconsin Avenue as an opportunity for revitalization, with improvements to building facades and a tenant mix that better serves the neighborhood. Several buildings are actively under renovation or are in the permit review process. Building improvements and new tenants are on the horizon, which will improve the visitor and pedestrian experience.
